Biore Skin Care Facial Foam is a Japanese cleansing foam that
removes excess sebum and dirt without damaging skin.

The foaming face wash has a mild formula with a slightly acidic pH that features the new Kao-developed skin cleansing technology, SPT (Skin Purifying Technology), that cleanses skin by “acting on dirt and letting it coat to the surface of the skin” to “prevent the cleansing agent from penetrating the skin”.

Rich Moisture (for dry skin): Lead to soft, supple skin.
